It is hard to keep the flame going. not sure what is the issue and mine is not the large model. I think it is Ember model. I got it a few years ago when they came out but haven't been too happy with using firewood.

I bought the EMBER, it's great for 2-3 people, I also got the cut holder/warmers, the griddle plate, and the fireproof mat
