Kali ini saya ingin memenuhi permintaan salah satu pencinta martabak yang ingin membuat sendiri tapi tidak mempunyai spiral whisk, ballon whisk dan mixer.
Saya di video ini menunjukkan cara membuat adonan martabak dengan menggunakan centong sup atau sendok sup dan hasilnya juga bagus sesuai harapan.
Resep yang digunakan untuk dipraktekkan adalah resep martabak super ekonomis cukup dengan 3 bahan saja.
Resepnya :
1. Tepung terigu protein sedang 250 gram.
2. Gula Pasir 2 sendok makan.
3. Soda kue ¼ sendok teh.
Semoga tayangan video ini bisa menjadi alternatif untuk teman-teman pencinta martabak yang ingin membuat adonan tanpa harus menggunakan whisk atau mixer.

Adonan martabak bisa di simpan ga ..
Cara penyimpananya gimana ?
Bisa dek, disimpan di lemari es dan saat akan dipanggang dibiarkan dulu pada suhu ruang hingga sama suhunya dengan suhu ruangan, baru dipanggang dengan loyang dengan diaduk terlebih dahulu hingga adonan benar-benar homogen.
Bila perlu boleh ditambahkan ulang soda kue 1/4 sendok teh saat mengaduk, sebab efek gas carbonase yang sudah menguap saat penyimpanan di lemari es lebih dari 12 jam dapat terbentuk kembali dengan penambahan ulang soda kue tersebut, sehingga hasil martabaknya akan terbentuk serat/pori-pori yang tetap bagus.
