I found my twin last spring and still had attachments to my karmic. I have no intention of being with my twin. But this journey is definitely longer than I thought lol. This journey is not easy. And the shift takes time and endurance. Its not a one time thing. You constantly have to align the energy... Its very hard in the beginning until it becomes easier and easier... and even then.. you think when you have figured it out but then find yourself looping again.

That Is total ego bullshit, wanting desiring only be longs to the ego!! A TRUE TF takes you into samadhi… That Is the truth, if it doesnt its not a tf. When truly there u dont even feel the separation at all! U have given up all ego attachements to the lower world. And that is the reason you have connected w your own self. And the only way to unite the one soul

I went through the separation, and dark knight of the soul, and raised my vibration. It was amazing. But, he came back into my 3d world and I felt his low vibration as he is now going through the dark night and it messed me up. How do I stay in high vibration? Is there where I have to cut him off completely until he reaches me? Or are there things I can do to stay in high vibrations, still communicate with him but him not affect me?
It seems to me like if I stay soverign on my own path no expectations or requirements for response unless his spirit moves him and not take it personally if it doesn’t I can stay in limited 3 d contact..its tricky tho

I did meditations for the inner child, healing with my mother and father, I don't know what else I should do, unfortunately, I am a woman with two children and many people take advantage of this because I wish The union, but it doesn't really help me, hundreds of euros, I won't go to the session, I'm trying alone, but I only feel pain after the meditations, which scares me, please, if you can tell me how to heal, if I have to I do all these things, the kundalini does everything alone, I am confused, but no one enlightens me without money, I would like God to reveal to me how to get there, I would not take anyone's money to help him

I didn't even know I was on a TF journey until in 2022 and at that time it was 24 years of knowing him, been in separation since 2016.
This journey is not easy. And the shift takes time and endurance. Its not a one time thing. You constantly have to align the energy... Its very hard in the beginning until it becomes easier and easier... and even then.. you think when you have figured it out but then find yourself looping again.
