Me and wife came to see it last week and it was fantastic you all work so hard. We saw Grease at the Dominion back 1993 as our first theatre show as a couple so we had to come and see it for our silver wedding anniversary. Good luck for the rest of the run. If I could I would come and see it again 😊
Me and mum came last night for my birthday and had such a great time. Always loved Grease ever since I can remember something I got from my mum because I grew up with her watching the movie.
@@imogenbailey2837 growing up my love of Grease became a passion. There was nothing I didn't know about the original stage show and the movie. A lot of people I speak to have no idea that it was a stage show before it was a film. I was telling people this when I came and that today's stage show is very much based more on the original show then it is the film.
@@mjsbadgirl777 I know it can get frustrating when people say it’s not like the original when it in fact is because it was a musical first! X We didn’t change any of the script really or the story line from the original ! Xxx So glad you love Grease as much as I do 😅🥰❤️
@@imogenbailey2837 There was a women I was talking to during the interval and she said that her and her friend were saying to each other "that's not how it is in the film" and that's when I told her. This was my 3rd time seeing Grease on stage and out of all the performances I've seen this one was the closest to the original stage show where as past performances have been a mix up of both the original show and the film. There are a few lines I picked up on in this performance that were in the movie but yes very much the original show. The most noticeable difference was the Burger Palace Boys where as in previous shows they have been called the T Birds. ❤️
