You're Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go appeared on Bob Dylan's album, Blood On The Tracks (1975). Shawn Colvin released a cover of the song on her third studio album, Cover Girl (1994). Widely considered one of Dylan's best songs, it has been covered by many others, including Elvis Costello, Joan Osborne, Madeleine Peyroux, Raul Malo, Maria Muldaur, Ben Watt, Isabella Lundgren, Miley Cyrus, and Rhett Miller.
Shawn Colvin is a Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter from Carbondale, Illinois. Marc Cohn is Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter from Cleveland, Ohio.
