in this video I will review and shoot the snipersling s-vortex. This beautiful looking and really well made frame shoot like a boss and is very comfortable to shoot. It was very different to shoot for me as I am mainly a thumb brace shooter but the learning curve was extremely short and I was on target in no time. Reminds me of the s-robin. I remember at first thinking the robin was too small, after a few weeks i realized it's ment to be small they fit like a tight glove.
Sniperslings definitely my favorite slingshot company. Up untill recently iv been a dedicated pinch grip s-robin guy, about a month ago I picked up my s-ace and tried a thumb brace grip and quickly fell in love not to mention the immediate jump in accuracy. I can honestly say switching to thumb brace grip has been a game changer it feels like I finally broke through a progress plateau and the s-ace ( a frame I initially didn't like) is now my favorite slingshot and the pocket-ability is as good as it gets.
It really is. I have the s-Ace and the S-Punisher. I love them both. It's hard to beat snipersling. Fast delivery, great quality products and excellent service.
I do my best shooting shooting thumb brace. I find pinch grip can be a little finicky.

As a mater of interest, how wide is your palm? Thinking about getting a vortex and I've got shovels for hands 🙂
Correct me if I am wrong… but the control and the distance between the fork tips and the top of the finger, reduce frame hits. With regards to the sighting… drill it to make a peep sight. 😊
I don't know about the the distance between the finger to fork tip. To me the closer to your hand the tips are the cleaner your release needs to be. I have found there is a sweet spot for for fork length. But that is really up to the individual shooter.

My favorite is the Cygnus from Prime fork catapults but the medium Titan hunter and companion are close second or third

That's the good thing is they are made to order. Just send your specs and they will make them for you.
Yeah I guess ya really have to email them and find out how much customization they can do on a certain frame,SinperSling is an excellent company service wise so I imagine they'd do whatever you want. I have the robin mini ott @standard 85m, with 22mm tips, honestly I need to shoot it some more to give my full two cents,I keep wanting to hold it as a thumb brace as pinch grip forces my wrist back too much.Waiting on the AIRSHIP in matte black right now,looks very promising!.

My fears may be unfound but l am scared of getting hit on my hand with that frame. I saw how close your hands are to the bands/ frame and honestly my butt puckered up thinking of a hit on the hand.
To be honest I was too. I have a pretty clean release but it was in the back of my mind.

Well it would either be my Cygnus, Titan hunter, my third place is a toss up between my beagle custom or my companion. I shoot those frames the best

@@nathanevans6331 all 90mm for me. It doesn't really matter about the frame. Everyone has one that they shoot best. If I had to shoot just one it would be the Cygnus. That is my best shooter.

My only issue with any Slingshot with clips or clamps is that when the band breaks you throw them away because they are cut to fit. Instead when I tie my bands on I cut them long so I get three times more life out of one band set...but that's just me... tight as a ducks A...
