I suppose having the law in place, means if something goes wrong, the law is there to allow the authorities to do something about it. But if the law is not present and something happens, nobody can do anything about it.
It's also not entirely about him. A lot of it is down to the audience/his subscribers. He may not be arrogant or narcissistic about himself, but rather just thinking that he's satisfying a customer's desires.

Not a lawyer but typically during the course of investigation, investigation officers will use Section 30 of the Film Act for possession as a minimum charge as it is already in the medium, the higher charge will have to be forensically investigated and proven beyond reasonable doubt for the charge to stand in court.
To answer Daniel question on "filming or capturing an obscene video/image is a chargeable offence", this will have to be proven on a digital forensic level to determine if the said video or image in question is produce by the device and if so does the device belongs to the accused. Again this will have to be reported to the police for them to take action against the accused.
There is a portion regarding the definition of obscene that says "tend to deprave or corrupt persons", there is a guideline whereby a person who is the "subject matter expert" or "accessor" not the investigation officer who will review and assessed the said media to be obscene/uncensored.
That person will then provide the investigation officer of their findings and recommend the charges, which then the investigation officer will determine what charges will be used in court.

I believe even though it's illegal, the authority will close one eye and let it pass. However, Titus, despite being let off with a fine, continued to undermine the authority. That's why he was jailed as a warning to the rest of the creators.

But it wasn't women who chose to arrest Titus and not female OnlyFans creators is it. It was the government who chose to do that. Which is in keeping with the govt's attitude towards (mostly female) prostitution which is to close one eye while occasionally doing raids to make it seem like they are doing something (morality policing), rather than actually wanting to decriminalise and regulate the industry.
Actually i quite agree with you, just take youtube for example, you can hardly see men content, but women content a lot, men content even just a slight close to what is "forbidden", it will be suspended, but women content? The control is not so fierce as compared to men content.
