Mercedes Sway Bar / Anti Roll Bar Droplink replacement (W205/W213/A238/C238)

In this video we replace the front anti roll bar drop links, known as sway bar links to the Americans.
Part Numbers:
Delphi Technologies TC7794 (left)
Delphi Technologies TC7795 (right)
Torque Settings:
Anti Roll Bar Link - 85Nm
Lower Air Strut Mounting - 95Nm + 45 degs
All bolts 21mm
Suspension top mount bolts 16mm

Hey what was the symptoms ? Noises when driving ? How did you know they where worn : thanks

I had knocking noise going over bumps. Having replaced them then that’s mostly gone but as we saw in the video the joints in the control arm are worn. These will be replaced soon and hopefully that will solve all problems. I also have knocking at the rear and will be replacing those links aswell.

Was it only in one side? I also have a knocking noise. Trying I changed the lower control arms. Ball joints were gone. I’ll order the end links

Mainly on the left but the right link was most worn. I think that is because i went into a very big pot hole in the UK a while back. It was apparent that the lower arms are worn when i did the link so will replace those. I have ordered and received the parts and will do the job next week as i have a wheel alignment booked. Video to follow hopefully by the end of the week
