Ingredients used to make this Pork Curry Recipe:
Pork meat: 1 Kg
Onion: 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Tomato: 2 cup (chopped)
Salt as per your taste or 1/2 table spoon
Turmeric powder: 1/2 table spoon
Whole Spices: (Bay leaf, Pepper corn, cinnamon sticks, Star anis, Cardamom, Cloves)
Red Chilli Powder (Kasmiri red chilli powder): 1 table spoon
Dried Red chilli:4-5 pieces
Green Chilli: 4-5 pieces
Garlic: 4-5 cloves
Garam Masala: 1 table spoon
Jeera /Cumin seed: 1.5 table spoon
Coriander seed: 1.5 table spon
Oil to fry: 4 table spoon
Fresh green onion 1/2 cup
Fresh Coriander to garnish

It was really good. The only problem I've now faced twice while cooking with this method is that alot of water comes out and doesn't let the pork to fry. How can i stop that ?
