Yay it's a season of firsts! I did my first internship, kissed a guy for the 1st time, traveled alone for the first, and even got myself a rescue kitty for my 25th birthday. It's crazy. Change makes me cringe in fear sometimes, but the only constant is change. Congrats. I hope to do the same one day. Botox and boyfriend lol

I think everyone is rooting for you and this relationship. I just hope you really take things slow and don’t get too intense because you have this idea about love being this fairytale like in movies but love and relationships are hard. They take a lot of work, commitment, communication, understanding. Nobody is perfect and no relationship is perfect. And if this person doesn’t end up being your end game that is okay. You learn from every relationship.

I'm 26 Katy, and I expected a meet cute like in Taylor Swift's Invisible String. "Green was the colour of the leaves where I used to read in cenntenial park, I used to think I would meet somebody there." I expected someone older and thus more mature. I didn't get a meet cute either but instead found everything I didn't know I was looking for in a guy the same age as me, on a dating app through Facebook. He does and is everything I didn't know I wanted and wasn't necessarily looking for but i wouldn't trade him for anyone.

I LOVE my dog, but my number one advice is DO NOT get a dog in your twenties. Especially if living alone but even as a couple. It affects every part of your life and they become your top priority. Not as free to travel/ go out after work/ spend the weekend anywhere
