Another restaurant I enjoyed while visiting Dumaguete was right on the waterfront called Casa Blanca. I had chicken cordon blue and my girlfriend had salmon. Very reasonably priced
Hey guys...a few suggestions. First, on EJ Blanco there's a karandaria called Reches Food House...always good Filipino food, second...for lechon...sorry can't remember the name but if you drive south about a kilometer past Dauin on the right side right across from a bakery some of the best lech on I've ever had and third, if you want good pizza again drive South toward Dauin and about one kilometer before you get to downtown Dauin, on the left side you'll see a sign for Birdie Num Num Brewery. It's right on the beach so a little off the road but it's real wood fired oven pizza and they brew their own beer as well...the best pizza I've had in the Philippines.

They clean the intestines multiple times...delicious made any which way...barbecued, deep fried, breaded and deep fried etc.
