My brother had a Ford van like that, rode many miles sitting on a spare tire covered with a blanket, sometimes rolled around like a pinball on the back country roads.
Maybe just because of the highly regulated and safety conscious world we live in today I could watch this stuff all day. Playing in the background like music the sound of squealing tires and 4 barrel carbs.
that poor truck. I imagine they had to have at least half a dozen of them, or a helluva lot of autoparts and mechanics on standby. 8 broken axles, 3 busted transmissions, a few dozen tierods, shocks and struts..... who knows what else.
That yellow truck must've had a reinforced chassis !! After crashing over boulders, ditches etc not a single dent in its bodywork!! Still, really exciting movie 👍
One of my favorite movies. But I have never seen that Timex watch that is supposed to be strapped to the bumper. Anybody remember that Timex commercial?
There are some clips here that I am positive were not in the copy of the Mr Majestyk film that I have, Great Movie though! They finally created a pickup truck that was as tough as Charles Bronson, Rest in Peace great warrior one of my all time favorite actors.
@@dougsheldon2154 doubt it We have a few farm trucks 1960s some of them jump the creek with no issues and that's a good hundred foot jump a little bit further probably well-maintained but well-used LOL
I was 16 years old when this movie came out it was good but I tell you what if they made a movie like this today it would just be all Donald Trump's fault
Typical superb action thriller 70 years . Not just quick shots for producing adrenaline , but real artist cinema !
Man, the way that old Ford landed that jump. Definitely back when those kingpins were made in America.
For sure..
That pickup would last about a minute in that terrain. It's a film.
@@johnpendarvis7885Just another jealous guy that hates Americans but at the same time wondering how he can get into America.
That yellow cream Ford Pickup is driving like a military tank man ! 😂
This film and CHATO'S LAND are my favourite Charles Bronson movies.... He brought life to his characters...
I think the 67-72 Ford Trucks where the most solid, and best built of the Ford trucks.
Now that was one badass Ford pickup!
Now that's some seriously good product placement. Don't know how many of those trucks they may have used, but I bet this movie sold a few of them.
My free advice: next time you want to smash a melon farmer, make sure it's NOT Charles Bronson!
Those Twin I Beam Fords were good trucks !
No Ford trucks were harmed in the making of this movie

Wish i could get a vehicle like that old Ford , bet it was the 300 six
2WD Ford double I beam pickup FTW.
Still remember one of the ads for the film...Mr. Majestyk, starring Charles Bronson and his Ford pickup!
Cuando los carros FORD, eran fuertes!

@whomee2 are you kidding? That's a Ford. It be awright.
It even fixes itself during the chase!!!!

Thats one tough truck😅
my fave bronson movie. shame it's not on YT
Best advertisement for Ford trucks ever

It must be the Ford Raptor prototype.
It was a double I beam. The whole thing would have disintegrated with that torque.
Me again, now I noticed different wheels on the truck. WHO ARE THE REPAIRERS FOR THIS TRUCK??!! I'll hire them ANYTIME!!
good action cinematography
I loved watching these shows on the "Mid afternoon movies" on channel 4 when I was a kid. We only had like 6 good channels.
When you werent planning to take over the world?
Wow 6?, had only 2.
IKR!!👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾
3:15 was wondering how they did that perfect roll. But then 3:22 you can see the metal device that flipped it! Still well done - no stupid ramp.
Ford-built tough!
Tell you what folks. I never knew that growing melons was this exciting. 👍🇬🇧.
3-12 No left headlight on the truck then SUDDENLY it's repaired at 4-12. I want to know who the repairer is!! They can work on my cars ANY time!!
old movie, no japanese cars. Those old American cars and trucks really hold up, not like the fluff they make today.
Best ford commercial ahahhahahaha
czcams.com/video/Le5DrQ1QuyU/video.html
Those old American cars and trucks, they handle like a pile comfy sofas, those stunt drivers must have been sea sick.
You can see the main street roped off...
ONE Good LADY DRIVER and ONE TOUGH TRUCK !!!😁g

5:00 Charles, "Let me show you where to park.." ;-)
Spotted the wire dragging the Fury at 5:05 before it rolls down the ravine.
I would say good eyes but I think a blind man could see it. 😎
Right corner!👍🏾
THE KEYS, THE KEYS 🤣

I just watched this movie last Saturday for the first time. Honestly, it was pretty good and way better than all those new woke trashy movies.
Built ford tough.( not any more)
when Charles fought for the common man
And made a lot of money doing it!!

This is better than Yellowstone!
Try this jumping a newer ford truck like that ... body parts engine... transmission scattering for miles ....lmao

I wouldn't doubt there being many trucks used for one scene, but 30?
Had he been on the back of that truck he would have been dead.. by the jumps slone
