  • Showing my true colors. I am a hair product junkie and purchased many treatments from Dominican Republic, Brazil and Italy.
    Products:
    Kanechom - available at amazon and ebay
    Kanechom Leite de Cabra (Goat Milk) Deep Treatment
    Kanechom Argan Oil Deep Treatment
    Kanechom Argan Oil Leave In Conditioner
    Kanechom Aloe Vera Deep Treatment
    Kanechom Ceramidas Deep Treatment
    Kanechom Ceramidas Leave in Conditioner
    Kanechom Abacate (avocado) Deep Treatment
    Kanechom Abacate (avocado) Leave in Conditioner
    Purchased through www.meucabelonatural.com.br - I couldn't find these products anywhere in the USA. I send a message online through a contact form. They were very helpful and was able to send me an invoice through paypal. Upon payment they shipped the product to me. I paid in Brazilian Real through paypal that does the free exchange conversion rate. The express mail shipping cost about $50.06, but the products themselves only cost $4.60 for both the deep treatment and the leave in conditioner. Shipping cost was higher than the products themselves.
    I will review the Kanechom Low Poo in the very near future :)
    Kanechom Low Poo Deep Treatment
    Kanechom Low Poo Leave In Conditioner
    Alter Ego Garlic Mask
    Alter Ego Intensive Nutritive Leave In Conditioner
    Toque Magico Emergencia Tratamiento Intensivo Capilar Keratin Repair Formula
    Silicon Mix Bambu Deep Treatment
    Silicon Mix Bambu Leave In Conditioner
    Silicon Mix Original
    Silicon Mix Liso Sedoso Leave In Conditioner
    Silicon Mix Proteina Perla Deep Treatment
    Silicon Mix Proteina de Perla Leave in Conditioner
    Silicon Mix Morocan Argan Oil Deep Treatment
    Silicon Mix Morocan Argan Oil Leave in Conditioner

    My mom went to DR a few years ago and brought me back a deep conditioner that SAVED me. I’ve been trying to find it and I came across your video. THANK YOU. You didn’t use that product, but the Toque Energencia uses the same packaging and the deep conditioner looks the same. Only difference is that the Toque looks thicker. I will buy the Toque and see how that works for me, thank you so much!

    wow! i thought that i was the only product junkie out there! oh, i love the regular siliconemix deep tretment! Also, the siliconemix bambu one as well. I also love Kanechome treatments too but it's the one that comes in the orange container. I am considering trying some other ones like you did too! I also use the sliconemix alone, and the kanechome. When I do my hair also feels like butter too! My go-to product is the regular siliconemix. Now, I'll repurchase the siliconemix bambu but I just love the way that regular siliconemix smells! It smells like, "baby powder." But I don't use all dominician products I use all kind of hair products! I mean, I'm a serious hair product junkie!!!! LOL I can tell you that right now I have 8 boxes of hair products in my room, and a whole cabinet full of different hair products. They are all cheap drugstore products, and I've just purchased some a couple of days ago. I've purchased some Maui products. I've been wanting to try out their product line. I bought the Maui Moisture Hydrating Shampoo, Conditioner, and Mask. I'm planning on giving it a try, and see if my hair likes it or not. Because, I've heard and seen some really good reviews on here about it.

    Also try using Olaplex No3 as a reconstructor since you bleach your hair... it treats the hair from the inside out.

    Nice video, I buy some of these products directly ft DR. My go to product is the original silicone mix, leaves my natural hair really soft and detangle.

      How do purchase directly

    • @briannabombshell1921

      Caribface Sassi yeah but it’s sooo much silicone so it defeats the purpose of keeping your hair moisturized. You have to clarify the hair, start fresh.. then use a NON-SILICONE, NON-PARABEN, NON-MINERAL OIL product such as Shea Moisture Black Jamaican castor oil. Then use the conditioner for it and the deep conditioner. When you’re done with that , remember LMO. Leave-in, Moisturizing Cream, and Oil!! Use the Jamaican black castor oil leave in, its silicone free. Then use the “As I am butter cream”, and seal in that moisture with an oil.. any oil. Argan oil, Morrocan oil, Coconut oil, Tea tree oil, whatever oil is for you. Silicone blocks the hair from receiving moisture so it may look and feel soft and nice but it’s really not it’s just coated in silicone.

    Why do you use a clarifying shampoo once a week? You're supposed to use it once a month. Just saying.

    • @thermalvibes
      @thermalvibes  Před 7 lety +2

      At the time I did this video I was clarifying my hair weekly because I was using silicone products. I wanted to prevent product build up. Now that I am avoiding silicone products I clarify ever 4-6 weeks. Thanks for watching.

    • @Laoriginal718
      @Laoriginal718 Před 7 lety +1

      washNgo Curls even if you're using silicone based products you should still clarify once a months, once a week is too frequent because it takes time for the silicon to build up. Idk whether or not your hair is naturally Afro textured but if it isn't then you can use what you want because Afro textured hair gets dry so I see your point now. I found a beauty supply store in the bronx that sells Kanechom so I bought all of them! Lol

    Beautiful hair, but it’s sooo much silicone so it defeats the purpose of keeping your hair moisturized. You have to clarify the hair, start fresh.. then use a NON-SILICONE, NON-PARABEN, NON-MINERAL OIL product such as Shea Moisture Black Jamaican castor oil shampoo it’s silicone free, good for color treated hair, and helps with hair growth... Then use the conditioner for it the one with Jamaican black castor oil, Apple cider vinegar, and the deep conditioner which also has keratin. When you’re done with that , remember LMO. Leave-in, Moisturizing Cream, and Oil!! Use the Jamaican black castor oil leave in, its silicone free. Then use the “As I am butter cream” as a good moisturizing cream... it has good oils in in..and seal in that moisture with an oil.. any oil. Argan oil, Morrocan oil, Jojoba oil, Coconut oil, Tea tree oil, Carols daughter oil, whatever oil is for you. Silicone blocks the hair from receiving moisture so it may look and feel soft and nice but it’s really not it’s just coated in silicone which stunts it’s growth.

    Why are you buying such huge jugs of hair products if you like trying everything that's on the market

    • @thermalvibes
      @thermalvibes  Před 7 lety +2

      Hi Tea Time, for most of these products it is the only size that they sell. Those huge jugs of Kanechom that you see, were only ~ $13.00 each.

    • @briannabombshell1921
      @briannabombshell1921 Před 5 lety +4

      Tea Time because she knows what brands work for her hair and when to use it.... and doesn’t want to keep buying products over and over and over so she got the products she wanted in jug size so she’s set for a long time. What’s the point in buying smaller versions when you run out faster and have to keep buying them again and again.
