    Chicken Tikka Boti:
    Ingredients for Marination:
    Chicken cubes ½ kg
    Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Salt as required
    Wooden skewers as required
    Onion rings to serve
    Lemon sliced to serve
    Ingredients for Second Marination:
    Carom seeds powder ½ tsp
    Oil 1 tbsp
    Yogurt ½ cup
    Turmeric ½ tsp
    Tandoori masala ¾ tsp
    Chaat masala ¾ tsp
    Roasted gram flour 1 tbsp
    Mustard oil 2 tbsp
    Black pepper powder ½ tsp
    Method:
    Mix all ingredients of chicken mariantion and apply on chicken. Leave for 3 to 4 hour. For second marination mix all ingredients and add in chicken leave for 1 hour more. Pierce in wooden skewers cook on grill. Serve with onion and lemon sliced.
    Chili peas with Tomato Gravy:
    Ingredients:
    Capsicum 2
    Cottage cheese ½ cup
    Boiled potatoes 2
    Cumin powder 1 tsp
    Garlic powder ½ tsp
    Salt as required
    Crushed black pepper ¾ tsp
    Oil as required
    Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
    Roasted gram flour 1 tbsp
    Ingredient for gravy:
    Boiled ground onion ½ cup
    Salt, chili, turmeric as required
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Boiled and ground tomatoes 2
    Oil ½ cup
    All spice powder ½ tsp
    Yogurt 2 tbsp
    Almonds powder 1 tbsp
    Method:
    Cut capsicum in round rings. Mix cottage cheese, boiled mashed potatoes, gram flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cumin powder and green coriander. Set this mixture in capsicum ring. Heat oil in grill pan cook well. For gravy heat oil add onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili, turmeric and boiled tomatoes cook well. Also add yogurt well. Add ground almonds and water cook for 5 minutes. Remove in dish add capsicum and serve.
    Lazeez Chutney:
    Ingredients:
    Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
    Yogurt ½ cup
    Green chilies 2
    Salt as required
    Mint 2 tbsp
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    Method:
    Blend all ingredients in blender well.
