Hard mode is not hard at all, is just a bit stronger to get 3 stars in 80 seconds, and that leads to mistakes. But anyone can make 3 stars to any base in 3 minutes.

No, not everybody is a pro player. The game shouldn't be balanced around 1% of the players. If you have time to invest into the game, it's good for you, but most people who play the game now have other things to do in their life.
