485 horsepower in a 4500lb car is fun but it gets old quick, with this market you get a better bang for your buck buying a slightly used hellcat (10k miles and less) for around the same price as a new scat pack.
And they're not broken in properly and will break on you. Get a used scat pack, get forged pistons and a camshaft, throw the supercharger on it and eat hellcats for less money than the used hellcat

In my area used scat packs go for around 45k with 50k miles, have fun changing those brembo brakes that’s a pretty penny and most people don’t know how to work on cars themselves so supercharging and rebuilding the motor for a 6.4 hemi is going to run you close to 20k if not more. Not to mention the months of time it’ll take with the parts being delivered and finding a shop to do the labor and tune it so in the end it’s not really any cheaper and a whole lot less convenient.

Yeah the brembo prices suck but you can always get aftermarket pads that cost less and then when the rotors go bad just replace them with aftermarket ones. But that's fair when you talk about the engine work. If you know how to work on it it's a good route. If you don't I agree the hellcat would be worthwhile.

I have a scatpack 6 speed manual…and the pull when I put it from 1st to 2nd gear is insane at around 4,500 rpm change…these Hemis can produce crazy torque taking into account the weight of the car. Unless you've gone through the stages like 3.6VVT, 5.7 Hemi, to the 6.4, ofc the 392 is gonna seem slow, everyone on social media making 1500hp look easy/ normal. Some of us just have one car, and wanna daily it, I've loved every engine even the mini vans v6 that are put in the challengers just tuned/geared differently
