Great observations. The analog performance is enhanced by the Deinterlacer in the Hdzero goggles. They are the only goggles I know with this feature and make analog the best it can be with todays tech. Great video and thank you for taking the time to make it for us to see.
So the meteor75pro VTX do up to 350mw but the table says 400. Just so you know it's only 350 that that VTX can do. As for the hdzero 25 vs 200 the 25 is nuts and often I find the 200 isn't much better than the 25. The 25 is phenomenal so I usually don't even bother with 200. Both are great but my hdzero got ran over by a bus.... I think I'd rather have 2 analogs but I found 75hdzero for 120 on Black Fri so bought 3 hopefully they'll last the racing season! Keep it up!
is it normal that as soon as you arm the quad, it spins up the propellers? it's been kind of annoying as when it crashes, the props still spin unless you disarm it immediately

Interesting comparison. Thanks! Your analog OSD states "10MW"... If that's the VTX, something is odd. I think that VTX doesn't supports 10MW.

Yes, thats normal. Its called airmode. You need to learn to disarm asap, ideally even before you crash.
it's called airmode, you can turn it off in betaflight but that also means you shut off the motors when you set throttle to 0% mid flight
