Our buddy, World Class Chef Ben Steigers, shows us how to prep a pheasant and how to create an amazing Surf & Turf meal including the trout we caught from the last episode. Ben created one of the best meals we've ever eaten and it was awesome to see how much he knew about food and mixing flavors. Y'all the quality on this one is so good. Catch-and-cooks are too rare in fly fishing, so I'm glad BLC took this on! This thing is so good you can almost *smell* the cooking through the screen.
