I don't rlly recommend spinning with sus vampire. Why? Cause after 13 spins I got 2 epics, 1 legendary and 10 rares. That's like about 300k golds or more. So basically sus vampire is normal element roll but way expensive and trash

I believe it's cumulative (basing off of what I've heard from the Elemental Dungeons server), but roll all at once just to be safe.
Bonus Points if you pull the Element before Pity. 🔥
