I never tried washing it yet since I made this rug but I will not recommend throwing in the washing machine. You could hand wash it using garden hose if you have it and hang outside to dry.

I just wanted something productive to do with my hands while I listen to audiobooks, radio dramas, or watch a movie. This is perfect, and doesn't take a bunch of specialized tools I don't already have! Thank you for sharing your skill! Oh, and what size of t-shirts did you use?

You could get the stronger grip liner that would last than what I used. They only had one kind at dollar general and I just wanted to show. 2:30 is how to lock the 2 pcs. together.

Yes, they are washable, I used a cheap grip liner here, you can find a better one so that you can wash it in your washing machine. No, you don't have to apply latex on the backing, they're pretty tight they don't come out easily. Thank you for watching.

I used the cheap grip liner from DG store so I can't wash in the washing machine. I would suggest buy the more sturdy grip liner then you can wash in the washing machine.

The grip liner? try to find at the kitchenware isle, normally we use as shelves liner.
