Been watching this particular clip from several channel, still in awe. That's how a great player think. Not just how to improve himself but how he can improve others. A very nice philosophy, it can be applied in life.
This is an absolutely brilliant advice for all the strikers (if not all the players). Brilliant. Instead of complaining about your team mates not giving you the ball where you want it, you try make the moves that suit the player that has the ball. That way you become more dangerous and get more chances. This is very simple yet brilliant.
This is vital. In organizations some managers or even employees like to show their colleagues weaknesses instead of enhancing their skills. I mean by the time an organization hires someone, there is a skill they have seen in him or her that is good for the growth of the company. So as a manager or colleague at office, always look out for that skill and enhance it instead of complaining and looking out for the weak side of your colleagues.
Ye, said the same to the 7 years old i was coaching in the under 8 team and he looked confused. You gotta give props to Thierry for understanding what his coach wants out of him
Wenger is the professor of the game regardless of how many trophies he won..just WOW, simple question to Henry then he realized many aspects of how he would make his game to the next level..just like my case I complain a lot when I play with someone who don't know how to give you the ball at the right moment but now am really motivated on making different to game and making others around me better players👉⚽💪
Just came from watching two Zlatan Clips. One in which he bragged about how he was not willing to go through a trial at Arsenal as a young player, the other one about how he parked his Ferrari in sight of Guardiola’s office to piss him off. Man, if you compare that to the way Henry carried himself and was willing to question his own ways to improve… Zlatan all of a sudden just comes across like a man child totally full of himself. Unfortunately that somehow seems to resonate more with people, given the praise he receives for being such an „Alpha“
This is why so many great players aren’t even good coaches: they don’t understand that something simple or easy to do for them can be hard or impossible for others.
When working as a project manager in a petrochemical plant, I was always asking what are the strengths and weaknesses of my team members each in order to let them make the projects successful.
thiery please give this advice to mancheshit united.... they do the opposite of the way of ur thinking, or better yet, i think u will be a good coach to replace eth
Only A true Football Legend can respond like this. Arsene simply sparked Henry's fire.
What abour Viera ?
Basically he used to devour other players with his moaning, why him and Van Persie didn't get along.
Then he left for Barcelona
An elegant way to say that Dennis was the goat
Pretty much what I was thinking too 😂
Can anyone give you the ball the way Dennis does?
Best advice by a legendary coach
His not a legendary coach, maybe a legendary player.
@@mrparvezff5834hes saying wenger was a legendary coach
@@mrparvezff5834u clown
@@mrparvezff5834he is talking about Arsene Wenger
Legendary loser, 0 CL
With Dennis I can move anyway I want, you know that guy can give you the ball however you want
We can all learn from this ❤
Assimilate team process
Think about how you can succeed no matter the environment. If you adjust your can be successful
True, it can be applied to other fields
I am a Man United fan ! But Mr. Wenger, what a manager ! Genius
Does it matter that you're a man utd fan...?
@@Lornes.Cawks.inflationOfficer Absolutely does ! Cuz there's is a running notion that Man United fans don't consider Mr Wenger good enough !
I'm a Man City fan and i have the same amount of respect for Wenger, Fergie ans Mourinho.
I love these inside nuggets from Thierry. He’s a great story teller.
Funkadelic.
When Thierry speaks we listen 👂
That's how you make an invincible team
Weakness= strength

Man.... It was an absolute pleasure to watch Arsenal play back then. My favourite era.
This guy continues to amaze me his speech is as elegant as his football
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is teamwork
No he's a cheating clown

Excellent advice
Or put another way , the best have to work harder than the rest
Very well said.
Great
Bergkamp is highly underrated. A-tier player who belongs in the S-tier
S= Supreme Salute 🙏🏾🔥
Underrated?? Arsenal literally gave him a STATUE in front of the Emirates stadion. How old are you?
@@Theofficejobdodgeri think he intended underrated because in the world of football people doesn’t give him much of credit
He's not underrated at all. Ask any Arsenal fan
He's not underrated
Dennis has one weakness that is he doesn't want take plane
This is actually a great life advice on how to put the people in your network and your resources to use
This paints Dennis in a really good light. Which he absolutely deserves.
Ljungberg was an outstanding player
Master class to a Master player.
Absolut genius! he is (with Ronaldinho and CR7) one of my top 3 players no order
"how can enhance the skills of a player instead of showing his weaknesses" yo that sounds so gangster💪🏽
This piece of information is deep, you don't need to be a footballer to appreciate how valuable it can be in your daily life
Amazing how Arsene just asked one simple question and Titi understood 100% of what he implied
And he started think..I love him 😅
Never exposed your teammates weakness
Yes, indeed that's what this pretentious prick did again.
Only during the World Cup 💀
Gunners for Life⚽️❤️
He played exactly like this. 1 2s with pires going im behind with bergie, cut backs with freddie
Now we know why u are the Best player to ever play in the EPL, ur way of thinking was different from the rest. Absolute legend
Dennis Bergkamp is my all time favorite footballer. When he retired I lost interest in the game.
Dennis Aka the Ice man
*ADAPTABILITY ACCELERATES ADVANCEMENT*
Dennis Bergkamp : no weaknesses
Couldn't fly
Dennis was a treat to watch play. Special baller indeed
Ye, said the same to the 7 years old i was coaching in the under 8 team and he looked confused. You gotta give props to Thierry for understanding what his coach wants out of him
This statement should be heard by any striker around the world. Just adapt to the style of play of your team mates and you will go far.
Dennis forever 🧡
Arsenal's BEST weapons association : Wenger/ Henry/ etc the golden team during years...💖🎊💯
Great manager
My favorite sports quote ever
Let ALL players see this. Especially the divas at united please.
Awesome perspective
What a great advice. That's what a leader does
It was the best period....
Watching HENRY!!!!!
Another way of putting this, the best have to work harder than the rest
So simple yet a gamechanger
Without humilty and intelligence from the receiver even the best advice is useless.
What a gifted player he was in his heyday
The king
That's bars from Arsene man
Legend ❤
Henry got him lots of goals - but Wenger only won the prem league when he had Bergkamp (and Vieira)
Erling needs to hear this with Kevin away and Ikay to Barca. It’s clearly visible this season. He can not limit himself.
The discussion was in fact exactly about him.
Top advice from two top guys 👏👏👏
Truly world class
One of the all time greats.
That team was phenomenal
Legendary Star ✴️💯💯
Arsene knows!
You can apply this to everything involving teamwork
Henry basically just said, "you know, Dennis Bergkamp was a cheat code like myself, but..."
But what?
Teamwork ❤
Thats why u were good bro
Legend!
A Geordie fan but honestly this guy and the crew made football shine to it's finest in English fb if not the whole world ❤❤❤

Wow great advice
Arsène always says interesting things. Like the guy is oozing wisdom.
This is something that players of the now generation need to start doing/thinking
I just watched a short of some dude that support arsenal and had that henry smile, we all know what happened when he missed a training that one time
Wise words
They were invincible for a reason
GOAT
Arsene Wenger ❤
The skeeeeels
Awesome insight.
Ur the greatest of all. My Arsenal ever the best in my life
Priceless advice come from an intellegent world class footballer
Ljungberg best player in PL 2001-2002
Brilliant...
Such an intelligent player
That there is difference between a football player and a world class football player
This is why so many great players aren’t even good coaches: they don’t understand that something simple or easy to do for them can be hard or impossible for others.
If all else fails just handle the ball
