Such a killer airplane , the servos are REALLY nice , they are quiet, center perfectly and have great transit time.
No stabilization is needed , but it is pretty nice on windy /bumpy days. Two days after I flew the maiden the Husky SE, I sold my Carbon Z Cub.
The paint looks nice out of the box & looks gorgeous with a coat of water based polycrylic from minwax. Compliments never end (I'm cool with that 😎)
I did just the painted areas on the fuse and wing panels.
I can't remember the last time I bought a new airplane and did not have one single issue ..NONE ! Big bang for the buck right here boys & girls!

A good rule of thumb to start with on baseline flap to elevator mixing is 11% 1st position and 22% on the 2nd stage full flap position on high wing planes

I love my HUSKY. even on 4 s. She's a big puppy DAWG. I sprayed mine with a clear coat and it made that scheme pop. Nice flying RICH. Great camera work Steve. 👍👍😎✌✌
Where can I get some clearcoat I plan on flying a lot more I’m having a blast sunshine going to eat it up without it
@@t-gill9771 you can get some clear coat at Walmart. I use liquitex clear and I get it from Amazon. Liquitex is foam safe. If you go for store bought use rustoleum and spray from about a foot or more away from the plane. It will look awesome

Rich. Excellent flying in all that wind. Very nice upgrades on this model from Arrows. I too, do like the paint scheme on this cub. Hmmm..Not sure why they went 5s since most folks don’t typically use that size Lipo. I wonder if it could handle a lighter 6s? Anyway, Steve did great on the cam. Maybe make another follow up short video on a calmer day and see how she does. Keep up the good work. We appreciate all you and Steve do. 👊😎. Update, Rich I didn’t see the vector gyro listed on the pre-order of this special addition Husky. My take, it’s not coming with one. Probably be something they offer on other models in the future. Glad to see the RC industry take off like it is. Just hope the new FAA regs don’t put big a stranglehold on us.

Should be able to use like a 4S 5000 mAh 40c battery...the 5C odd battery size, you don't need to keep on spending $$ on these different size batteries,

I have flown an old one grate plane very stable plane that can rip it up.
Did u have any problems getting the front wing screws installed. I cannot get either of them to go in. If I push hard on the wing towards the fuse, I can get a toothpick thru but not the screws. I had similar problems with my Explorer and I ended up reaming out the holes; not something I really want to do. Any Suggestions?

Off topic, but where the heck do you guys fly that there are thousands of turkey vultures, and assorted other raptors? Wow, I'd worry about getting attacked. I have an assortment of eagles, hawks, and falcons at my place who get quite upset with me sometimes. I keep expecting one of the Peregrines to take out my park flyer.

Hey Rich got a couple of questions for you buddy be honest I never was really interested in this playing until I seen your video funny how your videos has that effect on people LOL but anyway question number one is I've got some extra 6s batteries laying around could a man use those batteries on that particular plane as long as you didn't get into it too hard or anything I mean is that compatible? And how does the plane do off of pavement?

I thought when you put in flaps it lowered the nose? Guess maybe that depends on the airplane. Doesn't the P-51 lower the nose?? Straighten me out (again).
Since the flaps give you much more lift, it usually results in the plane wanting to climb (nose up).
It generally has to do with wing layout. Lowering flaps essentially increases your angle of attack. High wing aircraft, in my experience, tend to balloon with their noses rising. Low wing aircraft (depending on the model) tend to have their noses pull down just a bit.
@@djnokes1818 Maybe, I’m not that experienced on low wing RC models. I remember though from back in the days when I played around with MS Flight Simulator, when extending the flaps on Boeing passenger jets (which are obviously low wing), the nose always pitched up. Just another example.
But I’m sure you are right about some aircrafts doing the opposite.
