How I deal with scars is by praying about them and reassure myself that the things I went through wont change the kind of person I 'am and that I need to accept what is and move on.

How I deal with my childhood traumas my fave is by always checking what good things that scar brought me and I always look back to say I have come far and now I am thriving. I always say my scars give me the power to move forward!
