Those were the days! The 80s was the pinnacle of GH. I started watching it summer vacation of 1980. I was a teacher. When school started again I couldn’t STAND to be missing Luke and Laura!! I went to SEARS and bought a VCR on my SEARS credit card. They cost a lot, and teachers didn’t make big money. But I could handle monthly payments. It was worth every penny too. 💕
John was on Kelly and Ryan this morning. He praised Sammy Davis Jr. for unexpectedly inviting him to come to play the drums on the General Hospital set when he was a kid. It wasn't written in Scripe. He was so thankful to Sammy for starting his career. He said if you don't believe me, go to CZcams and look it up. 😂😊❤
I was a secret GH fan in high school. I missed this! John Stamos is all over the TV now promoting his book. I always thought that “Blackie Parrish” would come back, not for good but just for a visit. Stamos hit that eject button on Soaps and would not come back.
Just saw this was Sammy's idea for Stamos to play the drums. It wasn't in the script. Good guy.
