The downsolve was so clean! I know downsolves are supposed to be clean, but if Yiheng is already one-looking f2l on scrambles that he thinks are difficult, this type of smoothness might be possible if he cleans up his turning. And he has yet to learn full zb (I don't know his progress on zb, but if I had to guess, it would probably be between 10-30%). I never thought that the times he is getting right now would be consistently possible for anyone. I thought Max and Tymon's 4.86 averages would bring 3x3 to its limit, and I never thought I would say this, but given all those factors I mentioned where Yiheng can improve, I think a sub-4 official ao5 is possible. I could see 3.97 ao5, but that's gotta be the human limit, I don't see a way for it to get any faster.
