Hey! I want to buy a woven wrap to front carry and back carry my almost 3 year old. I’m a dress size 8/10/12 uk. I’m 5 foot 7 inches and about 10 stone in weight. Woven wraps are obviously not cheap and so I want to buy a woven wrap to last my whole child wearing journey. I would like to use the wrap with my next baby as a newborn and also with my current daughter until she is about 7 years old or until she no longer wants to be in a wrap. I was wondering what size I should buy. I thought the size 9 so it never gets too small but then of course when Im wearing the newborn there will be lots of extra fabric. What do you think? What size? Also there’s no wrap library’s near me. Thanks
I am so sorry i missed this, I never received a notification and only just discovered so many missed messages. I am hoping your got your answer and went ahead with whatever you decided. For anyone reading now... I'd actually recommend a 6. Size doesn't change that much with child size. I think with a newborn you'd be fine with a 5 and still be able to comfortably carry a toddler or preschooler in a 6. And even when they were more like 7 years you could tie in a slightly different way to ensure it still fitted if needed but actually likely a 6 tied right in the ends would be fine! It is a Bebe Sachi Rona woven wrap 💕 Sadly they are not currently selling new wraps at the moment but can often be found second hand.
