Ok I recall my password & it worked. Thank God. It wasn't since I had not used it in long time or quite a little while & so even longer now months, so it's working. Idk what I did last time, but it did not take all variations of ones I entered. It's updating now. Always save your log in info, cuz people get busy etc you can't get in or stuff back on clearing it out like that. Ugh. It occurs at times. Patter gets me in trouble on cell purchase. Guy had to switch phones get a new Gmail so now have 2 accounts. I rather have password. No cam face thing, not fingerprint, etc? Old way for me tyvm! Ty you only nice video or any on here for this tablet.

Hi I got one of these of eBay but sealed and boxed. It keeps asking for the owners account which I obviously don't have. Anyway of getting a proper reset of all data to add a new account ?

Hi, I'm having so much trouble doing this. I bought this for my partner, he passed away and I was thinking of unlocking it and using it for my video doorbell and to watch movies in the bath but it keeps going into fastboot mode. He set a pattern on it I just don't know what I'm missing x

After doing the hard reset and setting up wifi connection it is requiring the old pin or Google account to continue setup. I dont have that info, How to get past that?
