IIT Madras has newly launched BS in Electronic Systems (study.iitm.ac.in/es/). This is a four-year Degree program designed for students and working professionals with no upper age limit and no requirement of JEE. Last year after jee adv I was also offered this course in data science and it said that exams need to be given at the centre

It is better for IITs to add B. Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (and 5 year integrated M. Techs...) in addition to B. Tech Electrical Engineering. Most IITs don't have it
