Min Hawi’s BP is fine considered she has been active throughout the day and 129/76, heart rate 82 is normal for her. Next time make sure air is completely out of the cuff before taking ones BP. You can do that by disconnecting the cuff from Sphygmomanometer which is the reader. Also make sure the person sit down and rest their hand on their lap during the reading otherwise you will have a false reading. CJ, Mini Hawi's reading is okay. Consider downloading a BP chart that has age ranges because it's a different understanding for everyone. Also use the machine when someone is resting on a chair (with their back) and their hand resting on something flat (table) , not hanging out in the air. Claude you need to rest the pressure machine down and not hold it in your hand and you need to sit still when testing the pressure so you can get the right results
Hello, so glad BiBi is doing so such better. The normal blood pressure rate is 120/80, but the doctor do not worry to much if the top number it’s over 140 and bottom not less than 60. You can take 3 pressure and add them together and divide the total 3 and it will give you your average blood pressure.🙏🏾❤️ Grace🇺🇸
That's supposed to be resting blood pressure. You sit down a few minutes to get a resting blood pressure. Not when you are moving around all over the place, you're not going to have a regular blood pressure when you're exercising or doing work . 😊

All the readings were wrong because there is a process to taking the blood pressure of any individual and if followed what abiolaa11 said, your readings will be accurate and also follow the link that she gave. I don't know what the acceptable readings are for Kenya but in the US it is 140/90 and in Canada it is 120/80. If you don't like the first reading, the patient has to wait for at least 5 minutes before another reading is taken. For what I know, you are doing the blood pressure testing wrong. The person has to sit comfortably resting the arm on the lap, and if you do a 2nd testing , soon after the 1st test, the test will not be accurate. Nurses in the comment section, please correct me if I am wrong.😊❤
CJ, frm one diabetic 2 anothr... ask Trueboy to count to 3 when takg the glucose levels or when giving diabetic shot and ask Bibi to take a deep breath on the count of three (3) it truly makes the shot (any shot) easier, better or not even feel it at all. So when I go to the dr & have labs done or any blood drawn, shot given I personally askd thm 2 count to three (3) or on the count of 3 then stick and I take a good deep breath and I feel nothg. A nice nurse taught me tht yrs ago and I still do it today and Bibl can to. Honestly it will help tremendously ❤
Nope that BP is very ok given she had just talked ,given this chart it is elevated I would say worry if it is consistently in stage1 and that is by keeping data , one time is not enough but also know hypertension is a silent killer because it is an indication of your heart activity.
