@@cindytreadway5999 enlightened means you cannot suffer whatever happens..clearly he is not enlightened and doesn’t claim to be, as in recent interviews, he clearly gets angry with ‘misinformed’ people band great respect to him for what he has let go of…firstly and mainly the hatred and madness of what he grew up with and then on a lesser level, letting go of the status and possessions of Hollywood success etc to lead a much more simple and satisfying life and also doing the hard work of letting go of the stresses he experienced…..
Also purification is of the mind, not the body as he suggests…yes looking after the body helps but the mind is the forerunner…you can have a healthy body and an unhealthy mind or a healthy mind and an unhealthy body and the healthy mind is far more important……most people will get sick as they age anyhow.

Thank you Mosab. Not only for being the person you are. I perceive pure authenticity, but for your insights into the Israel/Palestine conflict. I had parts of my childhood in Jerusalem and remember the times when there was a peaceful atmosphere. The old city with all the smells, the old Arab man riding his donkey, people speaking every language under the sun.
Trying to get a nuanced picture of the current situation and how it manifested was an impossible task, seemed like everyone had some sort of agenda and preference. Your truth is by far the best explanation. On top of thet, I now find out that you are a great person and a great example of a human being. I have learned a lot from you not only about the conflict in Israel, but as an example to aspire to be. - imagine that 🙂 I would love to be able to say thank you in person one day.

Btw, I am a Christian and I have been practicing yoga for 25 years now.
There is nothing weird about yoga. It is just connecting with your physical body through combined breathing and movement. Just like walking.
To say you can't practice yoga and be a Christian at the same time is the same as to say you have to stop walking if you are a true Christian cause it is the same thing: Combined breathing and movement which is extremely good for your mental health.
