@@naz9041if you get a support ticket you will have to wait. Roblox gives that automatically. Wait a few hours or few days and a real person will reply back to your problem. (If you don’t know)

question. if u are on an alt do u specify what ur user is when it says put username? or in your description of issue
Skip it and put the name of the acc name your trying to get back

i reallly hope this works. when i was 7 i had this acc named praziy and for the pass i wrote down random letters. roblox logged me out on june 9th 2021 and i was so sad cuz that acc had EVERYTHING from royale high outfits, adopt me pets, and ROBUX!! if u have any tips please tell me as im trying to recover :)

@@Fabiano09 oh mine took 24 hours almost, roblox can be very busy sometimes so they may haven't gotten to yours but just resend the email and everything cause It's sapose to take more or look less 24 hours maybe sooner but there is a small chance for some roblox didnt help due to I think of the load of emails they get but just send the email till they respond. I hope this helps if you have any questions you may ask.
