    The Biltwell EXFIL 80 Sissy Bar Bag is all about speed and convenience. Taken from the military term “exfiltrate,” the EXFIL 80 Sissy Bar Bag is built to allow riders to make a quick exit, with most everything that they need packed efficiently in one place. With a 55 liter capacity, the EXFIL 80 Sissy Bar Bag packs sizable storage for a variety of rider needs. Additionally, the 1680 ballistic polyester construction and waterproof cover that can be used in inclement weather means that the EXFIL 80 is able to withstand the rigors of the road. It even comes with a tool compartment to house 9 deep sockets and 7 combination wrenches. Basically, the Biltwell EXFIL 80 packs the punch for riders who want to remain nimble.

    I can't wait to pick one of these up for longer road trips! This is the perfect addition to the EXFIL 7, which is a must-have in my opinion, and the quality is top notch.

    Biltwell are straight up geniuses man. I’m impressed, as always. I frequent the Biltwell website and literally just bought this bag for a trip after watching this video. Lemmy, as always my man you described it perfectly. Thanks for the good video. I’m excited to use this bag.

    I have this bag, and it holds a ton of stuff. For example, full change of clothes with boots. My XL Harley heavy leather jacket, gloves, hats, and a HJC full face modular helmet. ALL of that just in the main compartment!

    Orange interior is great. I think it's a terrible design oversight to have a black interior on a bag (any bag). No one wants to spend time fumbling around in a black lined back in low light, in the rain, when in a rush etc.

    This would work well on an ADV too, looks like it would strap to a seat great

    I love bitwell products! My mini apes and a few other items on my Harley are bitwell. I recently removed my hard bags and put i tall sissy bar in its place. Great that this bag came out! Going to order one soon!

    Love Biltwell products. Been buying their products since my first ride. I'm buying this bag ASAP. Can you point me to a "must have" list of tools/parts that every '86-'03 Harley Sportster owner should carry with on long trips? Thanks!

      Here's Lemmy's general "shitty chopper" list as he calls it haha: _wrenches, hex keys, screwdrivers, axle tool, spoons, tubes, plugs or patches, CO2 inflator, wire, points file, points & condenser if the bike is not mag-fired or EI equipped, 'lectrical tape, zip ties, a handful of common SAE hardware, a fuel bottle, and a beer coozie._ Feel free to pick and choose what works for your situation. I carry much the same for my Triumph Tiger, except that my tools and hardware are metric. -DrewZilla

    Always nice to have tool in case of emergency but the best insurance against breakdowns is proper maintenance on your bike, in 20 year I have never broken down on the side of the road because I make sure my bike is prepared for whatever distance I expect to be riding. Of course there is the random lottery of shit failing but you aren't going to fix a cracked piston with a 12mm wrench.

      @turtlepowersf Před 6 lety +1

      Jrock420blam exactly, also, who would carry around an entire set of wrenches and sockets? not to mention i'd rather have them in a small canvas bag rather than having a dedicated organizer in my bag

  • @dysfunctionalveteranforlife

    Revzilla: you mentioned the taller the sissy bar, the better. I have the standard height sissy bar on my 2020 Low Rider S. You think thats tall enough for this bag?

    Has anyone strapped one to the back of a sissy bar? I often do this so I can have a passenger too

    Question, if I’m riding 2up would I need a luggage rack to mount this bag? Or would it be fine without one?

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  Před 3 lety

      If you are going to spin this around on the sissy bar it just depends on your bike. Some models, the bag will then sit on top of the plate and can bend the bracket, meaning you could potentially break it off and lose your plate. Other models have enough fender behind the seat where that would not be a problem. I suggest just checking out your bike, you'll probably need a free 8 inches of space where the bag can live that won't touch your license plate or brake light.

    That padding better be really thick. Otherwise leaning up against your tools probably isn't all that comfortable.

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  Před 5 lety

      The bag is too narrow to fit a full-face helmet unless you don't mind the bag being bent to fit the curve of the helmet. -DrewZilla

    Does a full face fit through the roll top?

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  Před 6 lety +1

      Yes, though it has to be a more compact full-face. Very large shell sizes might not fit. -DrewZilla

    I think I could put this in front of a hard top case if I have no Pillion .. Anyone else try this ? High Price but good quality ..

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  Před 5 lety +1

      Yes, you could do so, but keep in mind that it might make opening the hard case a bit harder. -DrewZilla

    • @mikeskidmore6754
      @mikeskidmore6754 Před 5 lety

      Yes by strapping it to the hard case might make it hard to open the hard case .. and the hard case has a rack with a dry bag that has a large tent and sleeping bag in it .. considering that fact I might have to add a sissy bar that bolts to the sides fo the frame . and FZ-07 is a bit small for a Touring bike .. The Yamaha 900 Tracer is a better choice as Triumph Tiger Sport 1050 is not sold in the USA .

    • @mikeskidmore6754
      @mikeskidmore6754 Před 5 lety
