A "minority" can't be so powerful that it can have 3 states of their own along with significant numbers in other states.
Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Sindhi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayali are all being converted.
Descendants of Subhash Chandra Bose left Hindu culture and they converted. So, Hindus were unable to save the descendants of their own Freedom Leaders. Peshwa Balaji Bajirao aka Thorala Bajirao not being mentioned as one of the top 5 generals of India is really weird. He fought 40 battles in his 39 years of age and never lost a single one of them. He was the greatest cavalry general and his tactics are studied by military leaders even today. He traveled to Delhi from Pune with a cavalary of 30,000 in 40 days. After Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, he was the one who took the Indian/Hindu military resistance against foreign invaders to their doorstep. People either ignore or don’t care.

It is true that colonial expansion was somewhat limited in its scale from the time of Vasco da Gama's arrival till the Battle of Plassey and picked up pace considerably thereafter. By 1818, which was just 60 years after Plassey, much of the subcontinent had been captured by the British, with the sole exception of the Punjab which held out longer due to Ranjit Singh. The core reason why India was colonised in the second half of the 18th century with relative ease was the spread of the Age of Enlightenment in Europe, particularly in British society which brought in critical thinking, scientific mindset and gathering empirical knowledge about the natural world. Till the biginning of teh 18th century Europe was also feudal and divided in class strata, where religious and sectarian divide was rampant. But the Age of Enlightenment brought about great changes in society, which started ti become more egalitarian and less religious, putting more importance in education and material wealth. This is why the British were keen to gather data and study their colonies in a rational scientific manner, setting up the various surveys which still exists, like the anthropological survey, the trigonometric survey, the botanical survey, the zoological survey, the geological survey, archaeological survey, etc. This knowledge created a huge gap between the Europeans and rest of Asia which remained feudal and disinterested in building knowledge capital, instead hiring Europeans to modernize their societies. This lack of interest to cultivate enlightenment values continues to exist in India and South Asian countries, the reason why they are the least developed parts of Asia (except the war torn countries like Syria, Afghanistan and Yemen).

My post is in reference to the 1857 related propaganda in Punjab.
In 1857, the plan of the fighters was to retain Punjab for SIKHS, whereas the rest of the country was to have the Mughal takht in Delhi as a symbolic figurehead of Muslims and the Maratha Peshwa in Kanpur as a symbolic figurehead for Hindus, while regional rulers were to retain internal autonomy.
In 1857, Rani Jind Kunwar was in Allahabad and she supported the cause. Kuka Sikhs laid down their lives in Punjab against foreign interference of Christianity through Europeans by willingly being hanged.
However, most modern Sikhs are just a bunch of fools and have no idea how the gora firangi is manipulating his mind.

No mention of his 24 years multiple battles with Mughals . Leave alone talking about Haldi ghati battle which is considered Thermopylae of India by European historians too.
They are talking about aurangzeb but not discussing why he was not able to win against Maharana Raj singh of udaipur .
Not talking about how Rana kumbha was victorious in all the battles and got such a mighty kumbhalgarh fort built with longest 36 kms wall of any Indian fort .
Rawalpindi got its name from Great Bappa Rawal who had his military frontiers till there .
What historical books are the source of this shiv Kunal Verma book .
He writes about porus and Alexander war with no documents available .but ignores even the muslims historian accounts of their defeat in battles of rajasthan .

When India was attacked by islamic invaders we were doing all right in science and maths .
The decrea in patronage to such schools starts after islamic invasions .
By the time of British rule lack of technology and science was definitely an issue but that is to because under islamic rule people were more busy surviving and paying shit loads of taxes.
The last major discovery from maths in maths was from Kerala , and it was calculs initials. This was just before full blown islamic rule.
Unless you're trying to tell me it was lack of scientific temper in war tactics , which could be possible, prithvi raj chauhan let go of mohmad ghorie , so did a queen when ghorie tried to attack again . But ghorie learnt our tactics we didn't bother changing it or being preamptive .
