In this video, we assemble a MAX brand boat hoist canopy frame, specifically a 26 ft. open end frame (we typically use a zippered-end cover) for fantastic coverage and the most clearance possible. Everything is the same other than the one end bow and the tensioner position when building a closed-end frame versus the open-end frame here. In a closed-end, you would likely put the tensioner-block at the rear of the frame/ boat versus the front like shown here for the open-end.
