You can change back to Tommy after you done playing as any story character via cheats by picking up any clothes.
I love the Media level segment. They put in the code then proceed to go on a minigun rampage.
fun fact fannymagnet cheat works with special npcs spawned by the missions like lance and chefs and it provides them from despawning so you can hang around with them after the mission and yes it includes candy mercedes ;)

I remember when I used the car driving on water cheat code to get into little havana and little haiti. There's a wall. If you back up far enough while in the water and drive really fast toward the wall, you can go over it.
In the PS2 version, SOME cheats don't trigger the "Block 100% completion". I don't know if that applies to any other versions of the game. I remember using the health and wanted level cheats in the PS2 version and I still got 100% completion.

Just a heads up, some cheats don't decrease your criminal rankings (like the all weapons, no police, health, armor, etc.) but those that spawn vehicles and a few others will.
How come the old GTA's have cool and wacky cheats, but GTA4 and GTA5 have dull and basic cheats?
From what I heard it's more "realism" Even though there's special abilities and calling your GF to get health is not realistic at all and the fact that the games have never been really realistic but the best example would be the madd dogg glitch where using the peds riot cheat and saving would ruin that mission.
Yeah the gta 5 has long and difficult cheats but gta vice city and san andreas are easy

When this game came out, besides the weapons, health, armor and wanted cheats. Like a jackass I remembered still by heart the code that blows up all cars. Which is good for certain missions.
Could you please list the cheats that would prevent you from completing the game? Because it's not made very clear on the majority of them.
What if I already saved. I finished the mission after supply and demand. I had to spawn a car because they wanted to despawn every fast car I got. Plus they beam I need time to kill the dudes.

I'm sure this has been clarified, but I realise that not all cheats decreases your criminal rating by 1000. Seems that only spawning vehicles will cause that.
I used to do the cars can drive on water mod with the tank and have the cannon facing backwards and you keep shooting and you get really fast.

For some, gladly, entering the tank cheat on PS2 was pretty easy for me, but I'm trying to enter the guns cheat, and it just wont work for me, I'm probably not doing it quick enough, but I don't know if I care enough to try mastering it.
I did the cheat, just be quick with the inputs, and precise, it might take a few tries, but it's not to hard.

There was also one that can make the rhino fly if you kept shooting it backwards. But it's been so long, maybe it wasn't a cheat but it was definitely funny as hell. It was at least a "trick"

GTA Police is very stupid, with the smallest mistake of hitting anything hard or someone, you get one star. And killing a cop 3. Watch_Dogs is better because you can get 5 stars and the police still cant found. But no cheat codes!

Does it affect my game if I did the "Blowing up all cars cheat" in the Vigilante mission?
Not really,but if you want perfect stats do the mission normally
Lemme ask one thing: Why cant I do anymore missions? I only have 44% complete and I sure as hell know i did not complete the main missions. I didnt see a credits screen or anything notifying me that i beat the game. I am unable to do anymore main missions!

I think you forgot a cheat, though I believe it only exist on the PS2 and Xbox versions of the game. It's called Robocops and it makes cops come back to life after they've been killed:

24:50-actually both of those cheats are reversible. If you typed booooooring 3 times for instance you should type onspeed 3 times also and game speed will be default again.
at the cheat #40:if you save the car and game and after that you reload your saved car will remain black, but the others will be normal?
