Devanate Adams knows this system very well- he thrived in it. He will be able to teach it
The fact that Aiden was not a total disaster is a credit to his preparation. His development was self made he was not coached much in LV he was 3rd on the depth chart. He throws with the best decision making and anticipation of any Raider QB since Gannon. In baseball terms, he has zero strikes and has done bothing to lose the job yet.
