(Remember that the amount of some ingredients depends on you!)
Ingredients used in preparation of the meat:
- Beef meat
- Garlic
- Ginger
- White onions
- Scotch bonnet peppers
- Thyme
- Salt mixed with various herbs
- Seasoning of your choice
Ingredients used in preparation of the rice:
- 2 Coconuts
- Some vegetable oil
- Red onions
- Garlic
- Paprika
- Ginger
- Curry
- Seasoning of your choice
- Tomato paste mixed with ground scotch bonnet peppers
- Salt to your taste
- Rice
- Coconut milk extracted from the aforementioned coconuts
- About 3 cups of chicken broth
- Chopped vegetables of your choice as a garnish
