The lyrics are kinda hard to be explained because it's a medley of indonesian folk songs from many regions in indonesia. So every time you see the girl's costume changed, the language changed too. So, even tho we're living in one country, our language could be different depends on which area or province or island we're living. Same goes with the traditional costumes, Indonesia has 34 traditional attributes/costumes, and around 800 local languanges.
Also, the speech near the end of the song, it was an original recording of Indonesia Independence Proclamation from our very first President named Soekarno.
This video visualize our country really well, honestly.
    So proud of this masterpiece.
And thanks for reacting to it!

You were correct about the baby's headpiece. If you noticed, Novia also wore headpiece... different shape of one for every royal traditional costume she wore. It's like a female crown. In these day, we can see it still, in every traditional wedding here. The headpiece on female or male is different and have symbolics in every of them.

Okay i know maybe you confuse, let me explain little bit about that video, actually that medley folks song or traditional song in some region in Indonesia like Java Bali Sumatera Papua Borneo and many more, if you notice there every part of it, have different language different costume different culture that show about that Indonesia have many diversity but we still one. Then you hear the speech from our first president Soekarno when declare independence in 1945, in the end that Indonesia patriotic song. This video made for celebrate Indonesia independence day, for Indonesian this video was great, why? Because this can show Indonesia unity in diversity, in the last scene for me it's like we must be the one to wake up "the dragon" symbolic as "Indonesia" wake from sleeping for long time. If you want the detail you can check video description. I hope you understand and enjoy 🇮🇩❤️

The mythological creature in the last scene of “Wonderland Indonesia” is a manifestation of Antaboga (Ontobugo) and Garuda.
In ancient Javanese wayang, Antaboga is the king of snakes who guards the bowels of the earth. Ruler of the "underworld".
The figure of Antaboga or Naga is inherent in Javanese and Balinese culture. usually found in gamelan carvings, gates and gates as a symbol of "guardian".
Physically Antaboga is more like a dragon, but we develop it by combining the gallant Garuda with its wings. As a symbol of the guardian of the world above and below.
And on the forehead, there is a symbol of "Surya Majapahit" which means Dewata Nawa Sanga. Nine guardian gods in every direction of the compass.
Why not Garuda with its Pancasila? Garuda Pancasila is a symbol of the state which is certainly sensitive if imagined anciently. Because the symbol of the country is protected by law.
    That's a bit of a fairy tale.

Thank you very much for the reaction. I am very proud to be a part of Indonesia, which is so beautiful and has so many cultures, ethnic groups, customs, languages, and also very diverse folk songs. Let me review a little about the songs in the Alffy Rev MV this time. Hope it helps to get to know more about our culture.
    1. The song "Paris Barantai" This song comes from South Kalimantan. This song tells about the beautiful and charming village atmosphere. Novia Bachmid in this MV uses traditional Kalimantan clothes which are very identical to the headdress / crown from the feathers of the Ruai bird / hornbill which is an endemic species on the island of Borneo or the island of Borneo. The song Paris Barantai in the Alffy Rev MV this time was accompanied by the Hornbill Dance which is also a traditional dance of the Dayak tribe in Kalimantan.
    2. The song "Si Patokaan" comes from North Sulawesi. This song contains a message from parents to their children who want to go far (migrate) to be careful and always alert. This song is sung in the Sulawesi Minahasa language.
    3. The song "Sajojo" is a traditional song from Papua. This song is about a beautiful woman from the village. A woman who is loved by her father and mother as well as the men in her village. In this song, Novia Bachmid looks beautiful with a typical Papuan headdress made of tassels and cassowary feathers. This song is sung in Papuan language.
    4. The song "Soleram" is a song that comes from the Riau area. The song Soleram is a lullaby that contains messages that parents want to convey to their children before going to bed, including messages to maintain their honor, messages to maintain self-esteem, and messages to maintain shame as a culture. In addition, Soleram also has lyrics that educate children to always connect the ties of brotherhood and avoid divisions between groups. Soleram's song closes with a message to preserve the culture that reflects the identity of the Indonesian nation. Novia Bachmid looks very elegant in traditional clothes from the Riau Malay tribe.
    5. The song "Kampuang Nan Jauah Di Mato" is a song that comes from the area of West Sumatra. This song tells about a person's longing for the beautiful and beautiful atmosphere of his hometown, longing for parents, relatives, as well as longing for childhood friends in his hometown. The headgear that Novia Bachmid wears in the MV is "Tikuluak Tanduak" which is a type of head covering for Minangkabau women whose shape resembles a buffalo horn, just like the shape of the roof of a traditional house which also resembles the shape of a buffalo horn. This type of headgear is made of cloth that is shaped into a long scarf which is then created to resemble a horn with two pointed left and right sides. This type is commonly used by women in traditional dance performances, traditional ceremonies, welcoming guests, and bridesmaids at weddings. In this MV, Novia Bachmid is accompanied by several pairs of dancers who dance the Minangkabau traditional plate dance
    6. The next scene is Alffy Rev playing a traditional musical instrument at the top of the mountain. The traditional musical instrument is the Sape' which is a typical guitar of the Dayak tribe of Kalimantan. The word sape' itself comes from the local language which means "picking with fingers". Sape' can also mean Sampan. This musical instrument is made of selected wood such as meranti, ironwood and other hard woods to make it more durable. In accordance with the mythology, the shape of the sape' also resembles a canoe. Usually, sape' will be carved with Dayak motifs such as fangs or bird heads. This instrument is played by the Dayak community to express feelings, both happy and sad. It is said that in ancient times, cheerful music was played during the day, while serene music was played at night. The beautiful twang of sape' is also used to accompany Dayak dances or traditional ceremonies.
.7. The song "Mejangeran/Jangi Janger" comes from the Province of Bali. The meaning of this song is an invitation to dance which is termed Jangeran (janger) in the local language. It is said that this song is to relax and release boredom so that after dancing the body becomes fit. In addition, by dancing, all things that are not good or sadness can be lost. In this MV, Novia Bachmid wears traditional Balinese clothes with a Balinese crown called Gelungan Payas Agung, this bridal crown from Bali has a history. In ancient times, the majestic scroll was a crown that could only be worn by kings in Bali. However, now, the agung gelungan is used as bridal accessories at weddings in Bali and can be used by all people. Novia sings the song "Jangeran" accompanied by dancers who are dancing Janger complete with very unique and ethnic costumes. Jan's Dance Ger is a Balinese dance.
    8. The song "Manuk Dadali" is a song originating from West Java. This song tells about the gallant Garuda bird as a symbol of the State of Indonesia. This song uses Sundanese. Novia Bachmid also wears West Javanese traditional clothes, namely the Sundanese kebaya and also a crown called Siger Sunda. Very beautiful and graceful isn't it?
    9. The song "My Goat's Son" comes from the East Nusa Tenggara area. The song "My Goat's Son" is interpreted as a happy song. However, according to some, this song means parents are looking for their children. The joy in this song is about the togetherness and friendship of children with their parents. This song is shaped like a question and answer session. This can be seen in the first and second lines, where the first line contains a question sentence, while the second line contains a news sentence that connects like answering the first line. This also happens between the third and fourth sentences and the following stanzas like a rhyme. Novia looks beautiful with a crescent moon headdress typical of the East Nusa Tenggara rote tribe.
    10. The song "Lelo Ledung" is a song originating from Central Java. It is the timang timang song of a mother for her child. This song contains the praise of parents to the child and also contains good advice. One of the messages in this song is that a child will become a Nation Warrior or defender and servant of the country. In this MV, a mother is on the terrace of a Joglo house wearing a bun, Javanese kebaya and Javanese batik cloth while cradling her sleeping child in her arms. Joglo house is a Javanese traditional house which is very distinctive with the shape of a pyramid roof and intercropping and is equipped with very beautiful carved ornaments in every corner.
    11. The next scene is the reading of the text of the Proclamation which was read by the First President of the State of Indonesia, namely Soekarno.
    12. The last song is "For Your Country" which was composed by Kusbini in 1942 and is an obligatory struggle song and was designated as the national anthem of Indonesia in 1960.
This is only part of it and there are many more folk songs, cultures, traditional dances from other regions that are no less beautiful. Putting everything together would take a very long time.
That's my review. Hope it is useful.

    1. the naration that played along with the band was the independence declaration of Indonesia, and it was the voice of our first president, Mr. Soekarno. It was declared at August, 17 1945. That's why we celebrate our Independence day at August, 17.

The animation only for flying island, jellyfish, and the dragon.

😕 I Do Really Deeply So Hate those users who dislike video. Just cuz they can't stand the awesomeness.
Oh GOD, pls forgive all of their silly actions & protect them & enlighten their hearts & minds. Amen.
I usually never care about people who dislike. But, Ikr about Alffy's hard work during a pandemic that has afflicted people's lives everywhere for the past 2 years. Alffy remains firmly determined to give the most beautiful gift to this beloved country.

I, as part of the Indonesian people, want to help you understand about Indonesia, especially the shows in the video, that what is presented in the video about "Wonderland Indonesia" is real from the culture and landscape that exists in Indonesia, in fact it is much more, more beautiful and even more amazing than what is presented in the video, and of course too much if everything has to be shown in the form of a video with a limited time duration but at least the video shows represent the whole that exists and is a collection of cultural, folk songs, traditional clothing and landscape of Indonesia which is the largest in the world. As an illustration, in addition to Indonesia being the largest archipelagic country in the world, Indonesia also has a diverse culture and the largest or largest regional language in the world, with a population in 2022 of around 275 million people or the fifth largest of all countries in the world. There are many explanations that want to be conveyed to explain the video show but even then it is difficult because there are so many explanations that must be delivered. Just as an introduction as a whole so that you understand, among others, the declaration of Indonesian independence which is heard in the video and it was originally the voice of the father of Indonesian independence when the Proclamation of Indonesian independence was echoed throughout the world on August 17, 1945. Indonesian independence was obtained from the struggle and sacrifice of wealth. , souls and tears of suffering that are not small by all the people and freedom fighters of Indonesia for 350 years. Another explanation is that the traditional clothes worn and the songs that are played consist of various traditional clothes and songs from the original regions in Indonesia, although this is only a little from the fact that there are many more. The song at the beginning and end of the video is entitled "Padamu Negeri" or in English means "For Our Country", is one of the Indonesian struggle songs which is an obligatory song for us, Indonesian people. Our poet describes, "that Indonesia was created when God was smiling". All you have to do is come to Indonesia and see for yourself, because the truth is that there is much more to it than this video.

We Indonesian is always proud of our rich cultural diversity, within this clip only you've encountered a dozen on different ethnic languages, customs, dances, instruments and traditional ethnic songs, and that's only scrathes a surface of what Indonesia has to offer.
