- I asked an elderly Indian Punjabi Couple about secret to their married life and about secret to a happy life. The video was shot in Surrey BC canada.

It does not matter what they believe, they are our seniors and they should be respected and helped, regardless of race religion or belief. The young can argue and fight all they want, but respect elders. And they are such a nice couple. I am not a Sikh but does it matter when it comes to the elders?

Totally agree with you, i can say that from experience. I try everything for my parents but still i can see the pain of leaving their homes for us in their eyes everyday, i remember my father got excited like a child when first time I showed him google earth.

What a lesson I have got today!! invaluable!! Guys, please dont identify yourself as a Hindu or Sikh and label this beautiful couple with names and terms diplaying your 'gyan' here. This is a heritage to treasure that can only be found in people with any connection to Bharat. I pray all elderly couple to stay safe and happy and that we get their blessings to be like them till the end of our lives. And yes, I also wept but with joy and admiration!!

This is beautiful, enjoyed every moment of the video. It is our culture and tradition that we respect our elders. The gentleman is so humble.
It breaks my heart when I see some people try to create friction between Hindus and Sikhs. We are one and same. One of my close family members passed away recently. His uthala was done at a Gurudwara Sahib. There were Hindus and Sikhs present there to pay homage. Let us hope and pray for peace.

So you think we’re the same? First off, there’s no Hinduism. The true name of the aforementioned religion is: Sanatana Dharma. Mughals coined the term Hindu, which means: lowly thief/kufaar (infidel)/shameless coward/honour-less etc etc. secondly, us Sikhs, don’t have Sovereignty (Khalistan), if it weren’t for my Sikh ancestors, the Mughals would have converted you all into Muslims, you’d all be speaking Arabic/Urdu. I am christian. My father a little younger than the gentleman. He used to say the same thing, 'Don't stress yourself for anything. Nature will follow its course. Everything will be alright.' One can see how decent this couple is in their togetherness. Even though they are living abroad but the old indian way of walking the wife a little behind her husband is still followed by them.
He was so humble and sweet, wish the world had more people like him.
