what will happen if shore supply is 50hz and busbar is 60hz

Before you turn on the shore breaker, see to it that check the correct freq at 60hz, and you can complain to dry dock suprntnd that their freq is low, and they can easily correct that one,its beacause that is the agreement. And you have also low freq alarm

If main switchboard will still connected, some motors will start automatically when you give power from ashore. Maybe load that giving from ashore is not enough for many machines which will start automatically. In Greece they give only 400amps max for example. You not turn off machinaries before giving power to mainswitchboard?

Already isolated mate the big motor, as per recommendation only Aircon, and reefer compressor and some fans are working
