    Priya u can have protein shake in morning breakfast, add join yoga class. Joining a class always motivates. And have soup at dinner. I have pcod and my weight is very rigid, but this works

    di atta bread use kia kro ya fir multigrain bread...that is more tasty then maida bread...or healthy b ❤❤and one more tip for good health n waight loose.....ap cheeni bilkul bnd krdijie chaye (tea) mae bhi...or khana k bad or bich me kbhi pani ni pio...always hlf n hour ka gap dijie and omlatte ki jga boiled egg lijie....u will see the difference....personal experience se bta rhi hu❤❤❤❤

    Priya aap 32 bar chew kar k khana start Karo,32 bar na ho sake toh 20 -25 bar try toh Karo,I hope it will work
