- Our "Brand New" John Deere 320p Backhoe got Rolled!!! Our 320p Backhoe flipped on its lid up in the canyon here in the beautiful Ojai Valley. We had to round up a posse to get her up and going again. Check out how we accomplished this! Do you think it survived?

Even if it shut off as soon as it rolled over, oil still would seep past the rings and into combustion chamber as it lays on its side for a long period of time. Its always a pain to pull injectors, but definitely a gamble to start one thats been on its side. Even running on its side, oil can get past the rings and make it smoke badly but will rarely hydrolock while running.
Hey, we're looking for a mechanic! It sounds like you know a lot about this stuff. Are you local?
@@gregrents Thanks man but im half way across the country from you and I have my own fleet to maintain. Good mechanics are hard to come by but i been turning wrenches since i was little so i end up doing alot more wrenching than i would like too!!

damn...it would have been easier to just pull the injectors, crank it over, install injectors, crank it up..and drive it out. why do all this the hard way ??..lol.
That sort of is how it all worked out in the end. It's still on the job!
I just watched your other video of getting a new backhoe. I just got a price for a new deere backhoe for my rental fleet.. I was a bit surprised how expensive they have gotten. Now watching this video.. makes me not want to buy one..
woops -- if it's any consolation, I don't think it was the Backhoes fault. ;-)
