This is EXACTLY the kind of video i wish more devs would make.
its interesting doing tutorials and stuff but i wish more people would show their actual thought process for making things, as boring as that sounds.
and make it interesting af
not broing at all, what he did here is the template to make it interesting and given that most of his viewers r hardocre developers / serious apprentices not tik tok ppl , it will be greatly useful for us
Way too relatable. Loved the flex-col vertical align issue, a truly classic.
Even though I have went over horizontal and vertical align numerous times, I still have to Google div aligning solutions all the damn time lmao
Extremely relatable
Too True to be honest
Flex box thing is common. But whenever I need to do something like this I will first search in codepen, if there is something similar.
I will copy paste that code and make adjustments.
If I don't find something similar, only then I go through all the above process.
this just goes deep down in our heart, it's there, and this video touches it
I hope you make more videos of this kind of narration. Subscribed!
Thanks! Perhaps one of my next vids I will try this style again 😄
Ditto. Subscribed!
Agree. Natural is better.
same.
Short, accurate, straight to the point, fun and educational. Perfect video.
🤯 …. This video is so brilliant. Why? If you are an experienced FE dev you can watch it, understand everything and while going through the process you get to know stuff which you would have missed. This is
A tutorial
A self skill assessment
A study guide
Entertainment (don’t forget that)
Super stoked, subscribed and Rang the bell 🎉
What a great way to explain! Amazing work, keep it up...
Something about the way you solve things is really mesmerizing and perfect to learn from. Subscribed.
I've just discovered your channel and I'm loving your thought process comments.
Makes it really relatable to us beginners, thank you for this!
Man, I love you for making this video! It's super cool that you embrace the messy trial-and-error process web-dev often contain. And you do it in such a humoristic way. Instantly subscribed.
I thought I was the only one who struggles with such simple things even after 5 years of front-end development.
you will never be the only. development has always too many things we need to think at once, some things will always be forgotten until they show as an issue
I am binge watching all your videos and procrastinating work like crazy 😆..worth every second. Keep up the good work! Thank you for your time
I am just starting out with vanilla web dev (as a hobby, really) after using React for a little bit, and this was actually super helpful help with avoiding stupid first issues (like body scrollbars caused by margins, or learning what the hell vh is). So thank you, please keep making videos. They're both fun and useful as reference
I love the style of these videos, I’m just starting out Frontend and I always think I have to know everything. Thanks for putting my mind at ease!
Your channel is a blessing for me. I can learn new things as a beginner programmer but also be entertained at the same time

Thanks to videos like this it makes me feel good that I'm not bad it's normal .
These are great - I do a lot of React and to be honest never get pushed that much in terms of CSS, so these are an awesome way to keep my skills up to date.

love the openess of trying to do stuff.
This content is so good that I’m even watching it during dinner.
Really nice, keep them coming!
This format is incredible. I'm new to the world of dev. I love it but find a lot of 'so called' tutorials just say "do this" instead of "why am I doing this?". I love it so much and would definitely like to see more. #subscribed
Subbed. I love your animations
new upcoming viral way of teaching code, you just invented this, and is 🔥
I don't understand a lot of css, but I love these vids so much
I love the way you do this video, 🤩🤩🤩
Great work.. keep making great content
Damn.. genius way to teach your viewer, also fun too.. Steps:
1. Make a mistake
2. Point out the mistake.
3. Wonder why not working as expected.
4. Then resolving the mistake.
This is going to stick into viewers mind. LOVED IT.
What the fuck is this channel. An actual practical runthrough with THOUGHT processes of advanced CSS stuff. Yes please sir, keep 'em coming.
Amazing video, totally relatable! :))
Awesome, love this!
WE NEED MORE OF THESE
I am just starting out with basics of frontend and this shit is Fascinating to me!!!
This video reminded me how fun CSS is, especially when you have some time to make things pretty! +1 Sub
This is the best coding content on youtube. People just don't know it yet because of the way the algorithm works, but they will in time.
thats was cool and fun, subscribed.

Need more videos like these.
you are the coolest dev ever, gonna eat your tuts daily
This guy is awesome, imagine having him making a tutorial for beginners
i am new here but i like this channel a lot already
this was so good
Before I learnt coding, I saw this meme a lot about aligning divs which had me anxious so I learnt it so well I never forget it 😂
"that took way too long than it should have" very relatable...
Very cool video.
Awesome
great video my friend, create more, please. if possible, with more explanation of what you're doing, it would be appreciated
Bro, never stop pls hahahahah Amazing
I just subscribed watching this. I hope someday I can be as good as you.
Awesome 👏🏼
This is the content i like
that display flex justify-content hits hard
Damn wish more pro devs made this kind of video so we cloud learn what steps are we missing and whatnot
very authentic 👍
The man's like the deadpool of front dew
Youre way too underrated man. Im glad and really lucky to discover your channel. I learned a lot through your videos
so glad I'm not the only one who struggles with vertical alignment
yoooo that's awesome!
This deserve more subscriber
Fabulous 😍🤩
What the F man. There are more hints in four minutes than in many multi-hour courses. ❤
You evaporated my Imposter Syndrome. Thanks bro!
I personally first take a slow hour looking through awwwards gathering ideas.
Then I choose my style - Traditional, modernistic, whether it's supposed to be simple or semi-complex, etc...
I get my color palette and fonts visually there on Figma to get the idea of what I want things to look like and only then when I like it, I proceed.
...except for when I need to build an amazing butt-blowing site overflowing with animations, then yeah, I just straight up enter panic mode and go for whatever looks good enough and then refine it.
nice thanks for the video
I am a beginner, and i cant tell how much is a joke and how much is true and i love it
that's nice. I'm no front end dev but I know this process :)
Useful
This is why I went with Webflow and now use GSAP for animations
Moreeeeee!!!!!!!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏
I am so glad to know I am on the right mental track LoL
Just discorvered ur channel !! Incredible way of explaining things 😍
This made a lot of sense to me as a junior until we started talking about using JS to animate the gradient 😅
how long do you think this takes for you? Clean process, good to note about css variables, but I guess depends on the support of frameworks using vs just vanilla css.
