The US put too much sanctions all over the place, causing growing concerns in economic integrity, especially for countries like Malaysia which heavily rely on global trade. Not to mention how many times the US and the EU tried to threaten Malaysia and Indonesia exports businesses.
US lose, for being enemy everywhere. this is the most important trade route in the world at Malacca Straits, between China and India. this agreement will benefit everyone, including investors and businessmen.
Still wth I’m.peri.lism mentality - such on both sides of Atlantic
Then you thought China is better?
But not pro dictatorship, non democratic thugs and despots thou
@dimulaidari compared to US? Absolutely, china is infinitely better than them in term of morality and reliability as a partner.
U r already brainwashed by US smear campaign if u still disagree with that statement when more than half of this world's leader (including our own country) already decided to make china their number one trading partner. What? u still arrogantly think that an uneducated pleb like u know more than all those world leader?
I'm with Malaysia. I was there during the 1998 Asian financial crises with they stuck their fingers up at the IMF, world bank, etc and cruised through it. America's imperialism and control of global institutions is over.
@@user-rl3iv2jk9q WTF are you talking about? I simply said, Malaysia was the only country who had the balls to rejected the intl intimidation in 1998 and was proven right. Yanis Varoufakis tried to do the same for Greece and they sack him.
well have fun with 100 year long contract with china, the so called "debt trap"
There are also some disputes among BRICS countries, but this should not become a wall blocking our common development. As a Chinese, I know that China may now be seen as a new threat in other countries, but I know very well that our country's current strategy and intention is not to oppress other countries by force like the West. It also includes the South China Sea issue and the Taiwan issue, which many countries are concerned about. All in all, I hope the BRICS countries can work together for rapid development and treat each other's countries and people with equality and mutual benefit.

@@KevinGuo-dg5ex 🤣🤣🤣okay
@@KevinGuo-dg5exThat's a political issue. BRICS clearly a trade and economy block, nothing to do with politics. Territorial disputes are normal with neighbouring countries and can be tamed with regional trade and cooperation. No one wants to enter war in this region beside the USA and his NATO dogs of war.
Clearly, this year will be worse than the previous one. I lost a lot of money last year due to poor investing decisions that I would not have made if I hadn't been so concerned about my portfolio. I kept investing, but I wasn't sure if I should start saving for a home. In the end, I sold my jobs, and the house required more maintenance than I had anticipated. I don't know how much longer I can go on like this.
Everybody has made mistakes in the past. Think about financial security.
A diverse range of exposures, particularly companies that are currently producing cash flows, are essential for your portfolio. I hired a planner in late 2022, and because of their portfolio makeover, I have made well over half a million dollars in profits in ten months across multiple markets. Planning for worst case scenarios should be addressed while things appear to be getting better.

Apply but not sure they will get in this year or not. The decision will be made in Kazan, Russia in a few month's time. They will probably pick 1 or 2 countries from each different region. It could be Thailand or/and Malaysia from ASEAN and the rest could be from Africa, Latin America and Middle East, etc.
Malaysia will be top of the list in asean
Thailand has expressed interest in BRICS earlier than M'sia
Neh, most likely only 1-2 countries in ASEAN will eventually join and be accepted. Malaysia should be top, my guess next is Thailand. That's all.

Hopefully, all ASEAN members join in, it's give more strengthen to BRICS and especially this region, not all ASEAN countries big and rich!

Now, it has 59 countries wanting to join from Africa, Middle East, Eurasia, Latin America, etc and it will grow even more as time goes by.
Phillipines and Singapore are the only ones that cannot join BRICS, i think. Philippines because of how strong their alliance with the US, and Singapore because their currency's strength depends on the strength of the USD. During the Peace Summit few days ago, Philippines and Singapore were the only ASEAN countries that voted in favour of the West.
