I have a question... all that effort into designing an anti-theft bag... but what about thieves who will simply cut through your bag with a blade? This btw happens a lot where I live... mostly on public transport. Have the designers thought of cut-proof fabric? I don't think so. In that case, these bags might be useless...right??

Yes, they have.
PacSafe makes bags that have stainless steel wire mesh embedded throughout the fabric and steel cables that run inside the straps.
