California to Virginia Driving Time Lapse - Road Trip

- My friend and I drove across America in 48 hours in 3 days and $300 on gas. And we had no A/C in the middle of summer.
Combining Supertramp's Goodbye Stranger with a time lapse of a road trip somehow makes me feel free and new and content, and partially lonely.

I made it from Virginia to Albuquerque but had to turn around back to Indiana. Wish I would've done this.. Ill capture it next time.

Well, i did it in two days with another person. definitely not recommended, I would have liked to stop at a few places along the way. and have AC, because we didn't have it. The best part was drinking as the sun rose. That was amazing.
Was this consecutive or were the overnight stops edited out?
hey! We only had one overnight stop in Austin, TX. So that added 11hrs to an otherwise 37hr drive.
Was your car brand new when you make that drive or it was used?
It was a used car and the AC broke 3hrs into the trip
Do you think a Toyota Corolla 2015 with over 108,000 mileage can make the drive? Just asking cause I’m about to do the same 😅
@@mariogomez8865 yes i think it can! Get the car checked by an auto shop before you go so you won't run into car problems

Virginia is very laid back versus Cali. I was born in raised in the tidewater region of Virginia. I also lived in San Diego for 2 years. San Diego was very busy compared to Virginia
