Saw a yellow Long sleeve shirt at Canal Walk branch but couldn't determine acurate size of large in the range. Phoned head office to have size confirmed but couldn't be helped so was put through to customer care. The lady fielding calls said only white school shirts in stock, no yellow? Went back to the website and discovered a chat facility...so sent a message requesting help with a shirt query. The bot, or computer was not making sense and would only give me details about menstruating. I didn't find this helpful coz I've never had problems with periods as I'm a guy. Why isn't someone monitoring the WhatsApp chat? Oh, Pep didn't answer my email either.
