The really amazing thing about Marcin is his ability to absorb all of the musical theory,all of the different techniques,at a phenomenal rate.He only started guitar at thirteen,how old he was when he made this video was around eighteen or nineteen.Just think about and marvel at that,I pray he stays with it and doesn't burn out.....................................

He started playing at age 11, when his father randomly offered him to sign up for some lessons they saw. At 13 he was already the best in his school doing incredible stuff (there's videos from that time too), by age 15 he was already somewhat recognized in Poland, and at 18 he was on AGT after winning an Italian talentshow
I don't understand all the different ages being thrown around here. Marcin started playing guitar when he was 10 at first studying classical guitar. Then he took lessons from a famous Spanish Flamenco Guitarist. There are lot of videos where he explains this.

Actually, slapping an acoustic guitar while strumming/picking is an old flamenco style...Marcin Patrzałek just took it next level, particularly by adding pickups to the body of his acoustic, (something else that has been done before, as well.) That said, he is better at it, and more innovative than anyone I've ever seen.

He's classically trained since he was a kid.you should check out some of his videos from when he was a kid in elementary or Jr. High....he also was on AGT a few seasons ago.he makes quiet an impression.his classical covers are fantastic as well.🙂
