Pile 3. I went through addiction almost 10 years ago now. It led to a spiritual experience but in the last 7 or so years I have had to face the guilt and shame of being away and just all that happened. I also had to face many childhood traumas. It's been feeling like I'm at a point where I just have to let it go. Forgive myself and quit torturing myself with my thoughts. I'm in Costa Rica working remote trying to lift the heaviness up. There are big blue butterflies here and one almost landed on my head the other day 😊
Hi @OliveTree83 I have gone through this and found what helped me as I was revisiting all the painful & hurtful things I have unintentionally done to fellow souls along my path and sent each and everyone a healing and apology prayer, it has helped considerably and afforded me the chance to let go of all the guilt and shame, lastly I have sent one to myself.

I awoke early to the same dilemma that literally haunts me...trying to pinpoint the reason/s why I don't feel safe anymore to "merge" intimately with someone that I grew close to.
