    Have u had clients struggle with fatigue and or mood swings? What have u suggested or tips to deal with that? What calorie intake do you advise your clients?

    • @KPatRevee
      @KPatRevee Před 5 měsíci

      Fatigue can be a potential side effect or it could be due to the decrease in calories and nutrients. I recommend checking with your prescribing doctor for their opinion in your specific treatment plan. We have had success with adding B12/lipotropic injections for some of our patients. As far as calorie intake, everyone's caloric needs vary and I would recommend working with your provider who knows your specific case to come up with the best plan!

      We have had patients move to a maintenance schedule every other week but I would not recommend a full month between injections. It is definitely and individualized treatment to discuss with your provider.

    I have been taking Rybelsus 7mg in tablet form for about 3 weeks. I am also following a health program of diet, exercise and lifestyle changes. I have put on 1kg so far!. What’s more, I now have a real aversion to food, and feel constantly nauseous as if food is sitting around my chest/throat area (I never really ate much before the tablets anyway). So all its done is taken away the pleasure of eating, made me so incredibly tired (I have sleep apnea but the tiredness has doubled) and I have little energy or motivation to do anything. I do go on the treadmill for 10 mins two times every day and the gym twice a week and make myself eat at meal times but all the pleasure has been taken out of my life. I think I would rather die before my time and actually enjoy what’s left of my life no matter how short, than continue on these tablets which are quite frankly making my life miserable.

    I'm trying understand why I've been on this medication for 6 months and I've lost 25 pounds. I've also gone from a 43" waist to 36". I feel great and have a lot of energy. But, I'm trying to understand why I'm losing size faster than I'm losing weight.

    TLDR: Semaglutide is an effective tool for weight loss, but it is important to ensure proper nutrition and protein intake to manage fatigue and potential side effects.
    00:00 💡 Semaglutide helps with weight loss by balancing blood sugar, slowing digestion, and decreasing cravings, giving more control over food intake.
    03:27 💡 Semaglutide effectively delivers results, but fatigue is a common side effect that may be related to eating fewer calories, so it's important to ensure you're getting enough nutrients and protein.
    05:54 💡 Semaglutide can have effects within the first week or two, and it's important to focus on good carbs, whole grains, healthy fats, fruits, and vegetables for energy, along with increasing exercise and B12 lipo shots.
    08:14 📌 Semaglutide can lead to 6-12% weight loss in 3-6 months, with some reported decreased desire for certain foods and alcohol, but individuals may gain back weight after discontinuing the program.
    11:50 📌 Semaglutide can help achieve weight loss goals and may be a long-term solution for maintaining weight loss, with most patients seeing results within the first month and it being a sustainable option.
    14:32 👩‍⚕ Semaglutide program led to weight loss and reduced cravings, but hunger returned after stopping.
    16:36 💡 Semaglutide is a helpful tool for weight loss and should be considered alongside diet, exercise, hydration, and protein intake, while also considering individual risks and benefits.
    19:24 📝 The Rie program costs $499 a month, with a possible $100 discount for the first month, and includes lab work, a visit with Ruth, and all supplies; viewers have the chance to win two free months of Semaglutide at an end of summer party.

    Have you had patients experience pancreatitis or gallbladder issues?

    • @revee.aesthetics
      @revee.aesthetics  Před 4 měsíci

      Hi! We have had one patient who had a "gallbladder attack" with right upper abdominal pain. The patient was admitted to the hospital, found to have some minor stones that many her age have but no discreet blockage. She received intravenous fluids and anti nausea medications, got better and was discharged the next morning. There was no indication of pancreatitis. This kind of thing is a known risk with any of the Glp-1 agonist medications. The number of patients who experience it is quite low but it is not zero. Thank you for your inquiry!
